My Dad passed away back in 1999, I wrote a poem that really helped me, I hope it comforts you at this time, as it has for me through the years. Forever in my Heart Dad you are my father And words cannot describe, the feelings that I have for you, those feelings deep inside. And Dad I know you love me unconditional is your love, to have, to hold, to know you, I thank the Lord above. Oh dad you’ve always been there I’ve needed you so much, strength, tenderness and kindness, you have that loving touch. Yes Dad, you are my hero And I your biggest fan, I will always love you dad, You are the best of man. Now Dad I’d like to thank you For everything you’ve done, You made my life so special Dad, You are the special one. And Dad I’ll always love you, because you were so grand. The greatest father ever, to live upon this land. Dad one day up in heaven Together we will be, You will always be my daddy, for all eternity. Remember that you do not have to suffer with the side effects. There are medications that will help and it might take a few tries to get the right combination.

You have to find a support system that is best for you! I have found that blogging on here has helped me because I am talking to people that have been there and done that! Most important is take it day by day or hour by hour when you have to and do not feel like you HAVE to do something for others, you are the one that is sick!
